Sick today, did not go to class...I did not get a very good nights sleep either, but I needed to stay near a toilet if you know what I mean.

So I have been looking forward to setting up a planted tank for a very very very long time now. And now after about a year of getting stuff together I am finally setting it up. No new fish though. I am hoping that it will be just as great as I have imagined. I'll post pics of it later maybe when I am happy with it. One thing that I am looking forward to is the fact that planted tanks do not need to be cleaned every week like my other tanks. They are pretty much self sustaining. This might be the change that I have been looking for...I am so happy that this is coming together. Okay, I gotta go...leights.

so today was a pretty good day. I woke up early, about 7:45 am to get ready to go and take care of some fish for one of the classes that I am taking. I had to be there by 9 am sharp, or else I would fail the class. So I got ready, went to safeway to pick up some sandwhich products for the picnic steph and I were going to have later that day. The picnic was part of a field trip that I have to take for my conservation class. So steph and I went to Putah creek and looked around a bit and then went to Vacaville to go shopping at an outlet. Thankfully we only had a couple hours to spend there since we wanted to go to the football game today...or yesterday now. So after the outlet mall we returned home real fast so I could change into my aggie garb. We got to the game, and sat down. Within the first 5 minutes Davis was already up 10 to zip, but at the end of the first quarter it was close at 10 to 7. After some great play by Davis, which included a blocked field goal that was ran back for a touchdown, a blocked punt, and a few great running and passing plays the score was 33 to 7 with about 6 minutes in the game. Then the third stringers came in and Southern Utah scored two touchdowns, but it was never close and Davis easily won 33 to 21. I had lots of fun, I only wish that I had attended more games during my Davis career. OH, I also caught a burrito that the aggie pack throws into the stands after Davis scores. I ripped it out of the hands of some old guy standing in front of me. Well...we caught it at about the same time, but I wanted it more than he...I win. Okay, I am really sleepy...night.

Shitty day today...I had a very crappy nights sleep for some reason... My alarm went off and it felt like I had just gone to sleep. I get to school and go to discussion for this conservation class that I am taking and it is overloaded with freshies...some of them over achieving. Not to be cocky or anything, but I could probably teach the class if given the chance...it's just that basic. So the TA asks the class a question and nobody answers, so I speak up and answer the question. Then this dumb bitch starts adding things to what I said, and while they were correct, they had nothing to do with what was asked. What an overacheiver..."I can't answer the real question so I guess I will pull some basic knowledge out of my ass" is probably what she was thinking. Then this other girl tried to oppose my answer to another question when I know I was right. No damn freshman can school me when it comes to basic biology. I would type out what happened, but I am too lazy. But the gist of it is that what she said could happen, but in order for it to happen the bird we were talking about (the common crow) can't fly anywhere outside of California. So she is full of crap. I would have burned her in fron of the whole class, but the TA had to move on the discussion since we were running out of time.

After this...wait, I just heard on news that this chick tried to kill a pregnant woman, then cut the baby out of her, and take it as her own...what a crazy bitch... haha the husband is a hillbilly...ironically the baby was delievered by cesarian section and is fine...

okay moving on with why the rest of my day was crappy. So I went to work to clean all 45 tanks in lab. I am through with about 40 tanks and I am cleaning out a filter that had problems with flow rate, when all of a sudden I am squeezed out of my work space by Wainwright and this other bitch while they cut up a squid to feed to the fish. I was thinking, "hey, what the fuck, I was working here. I don't go into your workplace and start doing shit there." So I stood there waiting for them to finish. It took about an hour for them to finish, and I just had to wait for them...my only consolation is that I was on the clock, so I guess I'll get paid for just doing nothing. But it ruined the rest of my day because it pushed all of my plans back an hour...

My plan was to go to Panda Express at about 4pm with steph because it was the grand opening and they were giving away free plates of food to the fist 100 people. I saw the add in the newspaper this morning. In order to accomplish this I had to leave work at 3:30, but since I was pushed back an hour or so I did not finish until about 4:45 thus ruining my plans. Oh, the line for the free food started at 5pm so I would have made it with plenty of time if I left by 4. Oh, I also had to mop the damn lab...which I do not understand. Everyone who works in the lab has one week to mop every couple months...but see I don't work in the lab, I work for the lab. I get nothing whatsoever out of being there except money. I don't do study anything, so why the hell do I have to mop...so I just did a half ass job...well it was more like an eighth ass job...and even though I have a big ass, believe me it was not very well done at all... I did not even bother sweeping first. Screw you Wainwright.

So after I was done at work I asked steph to pick me up to try and salvage the day, because I had not eaten all day yet. But she said that she could not pick me up because she wanted to go excercise... okay fine whatever, I'll just go home. So on the way home steph calls me and tells me that she is going to go to Panda express with her roommates...instead of going to workout... this completely pissed me off. I could not believe what she was telling me. She said that she did not know that I wanted to go for food, she thought I only wanted to go for the free stuff. I guess I could have made myself more clear initially, but she said she was going to go excercise so I thought there was no point in talking any further. She said that she was not going to eat at Panda Express though...as if that makes things so much better. I told her to go and eat since she was already pissing me off, what a little more anger. But eating for her is a pretty big thing so I guess it was a pretty big sacrafice to go, but not eat.

I was hoping to talk to her more about these events, but I guess hanging with her roommate is more important than me, which I guess is understandable since I am only a friend now. Bah, oh and to top things off Jessie, our female betta that gave birth to tons of tiny bettas, is on her last fin. I am probably going to have to put her down. Sucky day...if I was a drinking man I'd probably get drunk...wait I could drink now... but I guess I won't since today is a school night...well maybe a little...

oh...get back to work now, you are on the clock aren't you?

hmm...I have no posted in a long while...I guess there just has not been much to post about...you know with nothing going on and all...classes have started up and I am two hours away from finishing my first full week of classes...and they are not that exciting. I am taking fish nutrition, fish care, and two wildlife conservation classes. If all goes well I should be able to pull off some decent grades this quarter. I really feel like I can do well with the classes that I have. Also, I have been doing some scheming on ebay with misspelled searches. Like "playstaion 2", and I have managed to find lots of things that would be worth purchasing and then reselling for a profit, so I am seriously contemplating. We'll see how it turns out and if I don't start making money I'll stop, but I honestly feel like I can make a great deal of money off these people who can't spell playstation. okay, I gotta go it is class time and I still need to walk over to class from the computer lab... leights.
