went down my list on AIM and said hi to a bunch of peeps that I had not talked to in a while, it was nice to talk to them all...although I had like 12 windows open and was sometimes getting confuzzeled, it was all good. now I am about to head off to bed...I actually finished my paper at 10:00 tonight...I would usually be finishing about now or later...why yes I am proud of myself...ok now to fall asleep to some movie...I dont know which one though...

well I had my first pass time today...about an hour and a half ago to be exact. and as always it was crap for me. I can never get the classes that I want, and I always have to take the class that I need at a different time that would not look as nice in my schedule. I then I realized that I was only taking 15 units next quarter when I have been avg. 16-17 units, so I decided to take this 2 unit class on earthquakes and other natural disasters, or as I like to call it "earthquakes and other things that destroy/blow shit up". It does not give me anything besides units, but I figure my mom and dad pay the same amount if I am taking 15 units, so I guess I'll take more units for their money. see how considerate a son I am, taking on more work just so that my mom and dad can get their monies worth...I'll probably post my schedule a bit later, but right now I am hungry...

well, spent most of the weekend just relaxing, but now I have to get back to work. I have an essay due on wednesday that is not going to write itself unfortunately, then I have a stats project that is due this friday, that is not going to finish itself, that lazy bastige. The weather has been really nice up here this weekend. not too hot, not cold. around the upper 70's to lower 80's. it made for a really nice weekend. However it is supposed to start heating up again just in time for class. its supposed to be 92 tomorrow...ugh, stupid weather, why cant you just stick to around 80 and I'd be happy. oh well. I gotta get working on that essay...leights

damn man...why is it sooo freaken hot...and the humidity although not too high is just making things worse...ugh...it really hard to study when it is this hot..all you want to do is sit around and veg...unfortunately that is not an option...

damn man, who the hell decided to make it soo damn hot around here. Its ten at night and my little thermostat on my comp says that it is still 77 outside. wholly crap its hot, its muggy (well kinda) and it makes me sleepy when it is this hot. I dont know why, but when it gets hot I get sleepy. It might go back to when I used to stay home during the summer time and it would get to like 110-115 outside and it would be like 90 inside the house and I would just sleep because you do not want to do anything else. I rememeber I would just pass out in the hallway in front of our huge fan...it felt very cool and refreshing. oh well, I hope to get my bio test back tomorrow, I dont know if I did as well as I am hoping...I dont think that I did that well, so we'll see. I am not going to be getting my history test back till friday now, which is when I have my stats midterm...boo...stats is stinky. but then its a three day weekend...YAY! I have been needing a three day weekend for a long time. the weekends seem to be going by faster and faster. its like yes..its finally the end of friday...and next thing you know SNL is on and then its sunday...and its like wholly crap, where the hell did my weekend go. my weeks go by fast for me too...well most of the time...any who I am going to go back to being a vegetable in the heat...leightz

well I feel accomplished today, I actually did what I set out to do. I turned in the application to greystone, I got the proof of an banking account, and I linked my atm card to my savings account so I can deposit stuff in there now. now if I can only get around to filling out that DE application, I have been meaning to get to that, I even bought the envelope for it at walmart...ok...thats all for now...

In order to show how much my plans never go though I am going to type out what the plans were for the weekend originally, then I am going to type out what actually happened:




PLANNED:
Saturday wake up around 11/noonish, turn in my application into Greystone, go get tamo, head off to the mall go see matrix, return tamo so that he could "study"
Sunday: take a break, get haircut, do a bit of reading/studying, over all restful weekend.



ACTUAL:
Saturday: woke up at around 9, because I had a headache and slept wrong. Wait until steph woke up, got to my place we both jump in car...*turns key* nothing...*turns key again* nothing...we open the door to check under the hood *seat belts go back at about half speed*....clock not working... "well steph your battery is dead" says I. after some frustrating moments...we go back upstairs, talk to rory and ian for a bit and try and figure out how to jump a car...we all know how to do it in general, but I have never done it, and rory and ian have a couple times I think...so we all go down, ian drives his exploder up the curb we hook everything up and after a while...nothing...so we decide that the battery is totally dead. well ian, rory, chris (ians friend), pete (he rode in the back), steph and I all pile into the explorer and head over to Kragen (sp?) and buy steph a new battery, then we head over to IHOP (ians original destination, its right next to kragen) and we eat. after that we head back. marcus put the battery in for steph...and then the car started. and all was happy...then steph and I went back to kragen to give them the battery and buy marcus some bulbs that he needed for his car, then we dropped off tamo's cheat shirt and went back to my place where steph and I just did nothing for the rest of the day.



Sunday: woke up at about 11 to return the video game I rented last week. then steph and I headed over to get me a haircut, so I got a haircut...the only thing that was actually planned...then we headed off to pick up tamo and we all had lunch at Hunan. after lunch we dropped off tamo and steph and I headed off to wal mart. steph bought some TP and a cooking spoon. I bought some more batteries, a 7 piece set of steak knives (6 knives, one block to put them in) for $1.88, yeah I was just as surprised as you probably are, and some evelopes. then we were off. now I am sitting here, after watching the simpsons and malcom typing this blog up. I should probably do some reading, but I think i'd just fall asleep and I dont really want to go to bed now...maybe some rollercoaster tycoon (they have a second expansion out for the second one)...iono...me go now.

oh yeah one more thing...ducks are kicking ass in the playoffs, they are 11-2 in the playoffs so far and have shut out the wild 3 straight. Now I can devote all of my fandom to the ducks....GO DUCKS!

well with about 5 minutes left in the lakers/spurs game the sobs up north thought it would be best to cut off this game and put on the kings game. I know that the lakers will probably not win, but thats not the point. They cut off the lakers game so that I can watch the idiot kings announcers for like 10 minutes when then could be showing the end of the laker game...I am not bitter that the lakers lost, I dont think they really wanted it like in the other years. they just were not the best team this year, and the spurs are a really good team. I was worried about them and I guess my fears came true. but now I get to watch game 6 of the kings/mavs game....oh one more thing...I usually dont wish harm upon anyone, but bill walton, stfu! I hate your announcing, I hate the way to you talk...its sounds like you have a damn gopher up your nose and a rod up your ass. I HATE YOU, you are such an idiot. If you were on fire I wouldnt piss on you to put you out, damn I hate bill walton. ok well the lakers lost, good series spurs, they were just the better team...ok I gotta go study bio. oh yeah I got 104.55% on my food science midterm hopefully I can do just as well on my bio midterm again. ok me go...leights.

well the other day when the lakers lost, rory was like "Do you know who won the lakers game" and of course I knew exactly where this was going...so anyway after he rubbed in that the lakers had lost and are trailing the series 2-0 I told him that it was bad sports karma to rub losses in like that...all he said was "yeah, well we'll see tomorrow"....and we did. I am not rubbing it in or anything, this is just evidence that sports karma does exist, and rubbing in a loss is bad for your team...thats why I never do it....well...until the end :p

well I had this pretty long blog going the other day after I fixed stephs comp. but when I opened another window to find an article I wanted to post all these ads popped up...it was horrific. so I was madly closing windows...then I look down...and no more internet explorer windows remain...and poof my blog is gone...so now I dont feel like typing up that huge thing again, so all I am going to say is that I took a history midterm on wednesday, and I feel that it went pretty well, and I am happy, but we'll have to see. maybe I can pull off three A's this quarter...that would totally kick ass. I really enjoy this hoping for an A thing instead of hoping I'll pass the class...maybe I should do it more :]

GO LAKERS!! they won the series against the T-wolves, which honestly did not surprise me...not to sound cocky or anything, but the T wolves are not really a championship team...so now the lakers go on to play the Spurs...now they are a championship team, so this series should be interesting. and the Ducks are kicking ass, they shut out the stars last night to take a 3-1 series lead. go figure. anaheim might have two titles, and then if the lakers can win it all So. Cal will have three out of four of the major sports titles. I dont know why northern california is soo cocky...I mean after all their baseball and hockey teams do suck..
